Television

Sorry for the delay in posting this month. Easter holidays and working on the BBC television series 'Holby City' have meant time away. Normal service will be resumed shortly. Hope you are all well,
Sophie

  1. I don't observe Easter so I won't hold any of this against you. Very nice place you have here.

  2. I too have been a tad busy. I made a new video, don't know what Shirley Bassey will think of it ;-)

  3. Quite right, I should have said Spring holidays. Welcome, from one fool to another.

  5. Alright alright, I'll stay awhile. Some say that the acting profession is a foolish endeavor which would explain why I got into it. I found out too late that most actors are poor. Not in spirit mind you, just in employment. Ever walk into an audition where they gush about how great you'd be for the role only to not hire you? "We want someone JUST like you, but not you." Oh, OK. Maybe it's mostly an American thing...

  6. Its sounds like auditions are on a parallel as regular interviews. When you really think about it, people who say you are not right for a role or a job, they are actually physically rejecting you. You can't help but laugh and make yourself wonder why do we all put ourselves through it? I plead insanity myself.

Sophie looking forward to seeing the new Clive Barker movie. Any news on a release date in the UK.

  7. Oh, yes, we do Enthusiastic Rejection as well as anybody, I believe.

  8. That is true. What is even more humorous is the response we give when we are told we haven’t received what we wanted. We say “Thank you”, when what we are really thinking is “F*** you”
